My account managerJeff ; handles my account personally. He called to let me know my current policy was being dropped by Blue Cross. He found me an Advantage program that fit my needs . He even saved me $100 ! Great personal service . I’ve been a customer for 10+ years . Always have been happy to follow his advice on policy changes as needed. No hard sell ; just wise and helpful advice. 😎

I could not be more pleased with the customer service I have received from Jeff Rodriguez at Pinnacle. He guided me through choosing a Medicare supplement plan when I first became eligible a few years ago and always answers any questions I have. Recently I needed to change plans and Jeff spent a lot of time searching out the best options for me. He is also super at explaining things in terms I can understand. He is truly a Godsend.
